Supplier availability
Orders are subject to supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable before it is ordered, you may choose an offered alternative or receive a refund for that item. No substitution is made without your agreement.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products
Contact us promptly with the order reference and a description or photo of the issue. Australian Consumer Law remedies apply where goods fail the consumer guarantees. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are not automatically available, particularly after a product has been ordered from a supplier or where a supplement, food, or personal-care product has been opened. Contact us before pickup or opening the product and we will assess what is reasonably possible.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical. Bank-transfer refunds require confirmation of the receiving account. Processing times can vary between financial institutions.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
