Pay before supplier ordering
Pay by direct bank transfer with no processing charge, or by Stripe when card checkout is available and the displayed card processing cost is accepted.

Orders are grouped by supplier
Supplier-ready batches may be placed sooner. Smaller batches are consolidated into the next weekly supplier order after the Sunday 5 pm Brisbane cutoff.

Collect in Teneriffe
You will receive an email when the complete order is ready, including the pickup details. Please collect within 14 days unless another arrangement is confirmed.
Supplier availability
Products remain subject to supplier stock. If an item becomes unavailable before ordering, you will be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund for that item. Substitutions are not made without your agreement.

Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No customer minimum applies. Smaller supplier batches may wait for the weekly order so freight does not make the service uneconomic.
Is pickup free?
Yes. Local pickup in Teneriffe is currently the only fulfilment option and has no delivery charge.
When will my order be ready?
Timing depends on the suppliers represented in your cart and their stock. You will receive an email after all items are received and ready to collect.
Does joining the club make me a clinical client?
No. Club membership and product purchases are separate from a nutrition consultation or personalised clinical advice.
Can I return a product?
Consumer guarantees always apply. See the refunds and returns policy for unavailable, faulty, damaged, or change-of-mind items.
